To set up automatic forwarding for the SCB (Standard Chartered Bank) bank statements, you need to configure the settings within your SCB online banking platform. Below are the steps to set-up email forwarding for the comapny bank statements:

1. Log in to SCB Online Banking:

  • Go to the Standard Chartered Bank Singapore Online Banking website   (https://www.sc.com/sg/bank-with-us/online-banking/)
  • Enter your username and password to log in to your account.

2. Access the Statements Section:

  • Once logged in, navigate to the “Accounts” or “Banking” section (this may vary depending on your interface).
  • Look for an option like “eStatements”, “Bank Statements”, or something similar.

3. Set Up eStatement Preferences:

  • In the eStatements section, look for an option to manage your eStatement settings or eStatement preferences.
  • Here you can set how you receive your statements (e.g., via email, downloadable PDF).
  • We required csv or excel  format, if available to be forworded to your Vault account by email which is available next to the Company Name

4. Set Up Email Forwarding (If Available):

  • Look for an option to forward eStatements automatically to email address.
  • You will likely need to input an alternative email address where you want the statements to be forwarded automatically.  The email will be at Vault account next to the Company name
  • Ensure that you provide a valid email address and confirm any security prompts (such as OTP or confirmation email).

5. Enable Notifications (Optional):

  • You may also be able to set up notifications that will alert you when a new statement has been issued or when it is forwarded to your email.

6. Save Changes:

  • After setting everything up, make sure to save your changes.
  • You should now receive your SCB bank statements directly in the forwarded email address automatically when they are available.
