How to respond to the To Do List
The To-Do list is email once the Onboarding Meeting with the respective CSM and accountant has been completed. Below is a sample email that the client will receive from Counto. It includes instructions on the next steps following onboarding, where to upload the required documents, the types of documents needed based on the meeting discussion

Clicking the Dashboard link will open a tab where you can access the To Do list. Please use the same login credentials that were used during the company’s registration to access this link.

On the Dashboard, you will find a list of tasks on the left-hand side of the screen, with detailed instructions on how to complete each task displayed next to it. Some tasks may require document uploads. If the task has been removed from the To-Do list but additional documents still need to be uploaded, you can do so via the Counto Vault at vault.xion.ai. Additionally, a comment box is available on the right side of the page, allowing you to leave any questions or requests for clarification for the team.
