Step 1: Log In to OCBC Velocity

Enter your Organisation ID, User ID, and PIN/token to log in.
Step 2: Navigate to ‘Accounts’

Once logged in, click on the “Accounts” tab on the top menu.
Step 3: Select the Account

Choose the account you wish to download the statement for (e.g., SGD Current Account).
Step 4: View Past Transactions

Click on “Transaction History” or “Past Transactions”.
Step 5: Set the Date Range

Select the date range for the statement period you need.

Note: OCBC typically allows up to 12 months of transaction history to be viewed online.

For older statements, you may need to submit a request.

Step 6: Choose File Format

Once the transaction list is displayed, look for a “Download” or “Export” button.

Select CSV format from the available options (CSV, PDF, XLS, etc.).
Step 7: Save the File

Click Download, then save the file to your computer.
