How to give access to Counto as a Third Party Agent
Steps
1. Login to Corppass at https://www.corppass.gov.sg/portal
2. Navigate towards the top portion of the page, in Third Party select “Authorize Third Party Entities”
3. Enter the UEN of our company as 201810991G and the company name “Xion.Ai Pte Ltd” will appear
4. Select the entity on the box and click next
5. Select the corresponding services to be assigned to us as Third Party
- Corporate Tax (Filing and Applications)
- Corporate Tax (Payment)
6. Submit it and we should receive an email on the access the Company Tax
Email Notification on My Tax Portal
Steps to add Counto’s email address ([email protected]) in MyTax Portal to enable us to receive necessary reminders / notifications from IRAS
1. Access Mytax Portal – https://mytax.iras.gov.sg/login/selection
2.Select Company Business Tax
4. Scan with your SingPass
5. Key in Company UEN
6. Go to Accounts
7. Choose “Update Notice Preferences”
8. Encode Counto UEN (201810991G)
9. Add your own email and our email – [email protected] in ‘Add’
10.Save preference
This will enable you and counto to receive all notication from IRAS
