This article walks you through the steps to upload images of your documents from the Mobile View of your Xibo account.
You can now upload pictures of multiple documents from your mobile phone once you have added Xibo to your home screen on your mobile. Here are the steps to add Xibo to your home screen for iPhone and Android users.
iPhone
iPhone users need to use Safari to access https://vault.xion.ai. Please login to your account and then click on the Share button. Choose Add to Home Screen.
Android
Android users need to use Chrome to access https://vault.xion.ai. Please login to your account and then click on the 3 button on top right. Choose Add to Home Screen.
Steps to Upload Documents
Here are the steps to follow to upload your documents.
Open Xibo from your home screen and login to your account.
Click on + button on top right. This will open up the dialog to upload documents.
3. Click on Choose File. This opens up the modes of uploading your document/s. You can use the Camera tool to take a picture for upload or go into Files to choose images of documents that are already present.
4. You can choose multiple files at once for upload.
5. After uploading, documents will appear under All Documents in your account.
