  1. I have logged in with my credentials as a Reviewer, but I am not able to make any changes, I do not see any buttons to raise reviews. - A user in the Reviewer role has no rights to make changes to the Workspace until the assessment has been submitted for review by a user in the Preparer role.

  2. How do I raise a review as a Reviewer? - Please refer to the article Reviews.

  3. Once I Submit to Manager, as a Reviewer I am unable to edit the Workspace. - Once the draft computation has been submitted to the Manager, the Reviewer does not have rights to make any more changes.

  4. I have logged in with my credentials as a Manager, but I do not see any button in the Workspace to raise reviews - A user in the Manager role has no rights to make changes to the Workspace until the assessment has been submitted to manager by a user in the Reviewer role.

  5. What happens when I click on APPROVE ASSESSMENT button? - Once the Manager clicks on Approve Assessment, the final computation is generated which is ready to be sent to the client. Manager can review the final computation, make changes and upload a final copy.
