This article describes the steps to follow to download your bank statemtent in CSV format from your OCBC Velocity (Business Banking) bank account.
Login to your OCBC Velocity Business bank account.
Select Accounts from top menu tab.
Select Statement.
4. Select Current Account under Portfolio menu.
5. To view earlier transactions, specify the appropriate search criteria - By value date range or By month and click on Filter.
6. Click on the Download hyperlink at the bottom of the screen to save or download the statement.
7. Choose e-statement CSV.
8. The CSV statement can now be emailed into your Xibo account using the dedicated email address for your account. Please see screenshot below to know where to find the email address.
