A list of User IDs (your email id) and passwords will be created for each of the users requiring access to the AI.TaxAssist system. The list will be sent to the FirmAdmin or SuperManager.

Once the team has details on your client base, we can help with creating Client User IDs as well. The list of Client User IDs will be sent to the FirmAdmin or SuperManager. When a user with FirmAdmin role logs into the system, the Client User ID is visible upon clicking on the corresponding assessment.
